Overview: Stockworth Realty Group is a small boutique brokerage based in Orlando, FL. The organization is structured differently from your typical franchise model, which allows our agents to do what they do best to sell. Stockworth prides itself on having the highest agent average for sales in the Central Florida market with only a fraction of the agents, which makes our agents "The Real Market Disruptors."
Challenge: Work closely with our in-house photographer to capture a powerful photo of the team while being mindful of the constraints of fitting text around them that was easily readable in a printed medium.
Goal: To differentiate the organization from the competitor real estate ads within the publication by going with a bold and edgy design that complimented the message of market disruption. 
Stockworth Coffee Giving Blend

Overview: Stockworth Realty Group partnered with a local roaster AXUM Coffee, to create a custom blend of whole bean coffee that the real estate group could give as gifts, which is where the name "giving blend" came from. 
Challenge: The coffee bags came as blank packages, which required me to source, design, and print all the labels in-house. The packaging was prone to scratching and high amounts of glare, resulting in lots of editing to ensure the photos came out to our liking. 
Goal: Create a clean and modern coffee label that fits within the Stockworth brand and collaborate with our in-house photographer to create eye-catching product photos for the organization's social media platforms.
Julie Bettosini Orlando Magazine Hot 100

Overview: Every year, a local publication Orlando Magazine, creates its "Hot 100 List" which highlights the top real estate agents in Central Florida. If selected, the agent is allowed to create an ad for the "Hot 100 Edition" of the magazine.  
Challenge: Julie wanted a clean design that complimented the luxury market and her clientele. It was of utmost importance that the ad wasn't perceived as boastful and was accurate with all the facts provided. 
Goal: Design a sleek ad highlighting the agent while complimenting her achievement as the #1 Listing and Selling Agent in Orange County, FL. Orlando Magazine liked the ad so much that they took the design out of the Hot 100 section and placed it right next to the table of contents.
